She and her team of marketers, product managers, designers, data scientists, and analysts help more people succeed with credit. They launch FinTech tools, like Capital One QuickCheck, and use big data techniques to market to and underwrite new customers. “I love solving challenging problems that have the potential to help people, and I’m excited by Capital One’s work to disrupt the way our industry does business.” Prior to moving to the UK in 2014, Amy turned many of Capital One’s credit card customers into advocates by offering an industry-leading rewards program and new products, like Second Look and the Capital One Wallet, to help them stay on top of their spending. Amy has analytical roots that trace back to her Harvard University degree in Economics, Columbia University M.B.A, and her first gig at Capital One as an Analyst. But beyond the numbers, you’ll find her at the theatre or on a ski slope whenever possible."
